4. Orders & Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, customers will receive an order confirmation email.

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if not dispatched. After shipment, cancellations are not allowed.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days.

  • Estimated delivery timeline is 5–10 working days within India (may vary by location).

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen events.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory to process any return/refund claim.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days after product verification.

  • Customized or stitched products are not eligible for return.
